Steve has been in the butchery trade for over 40 years and is considered to be a Master Butcher. Working across a wide range of butcher's shops across London, Surrey and Sussex, Steve has a wealth of experience and enjoys passing his knowledge on to the next generation of butchers. He also prides himself in sourcing quality meats, as local as possible, so we can give our customers the finest produce available. 

Sam began his full-time butchery career in 2017, however he has been a familiar face to the shop since 2011 where he was our Saturday boy. Sam is Steve's youngest son and is a proud member of our small family run business and has taken on the day to day running of the shop when Steve isn't around. 

Harvey is a key member of our staff, and first joined us back in 2020 during the pandemic. He has come on leaps and bounds these past couple of years, and his smiling face is always there to serve you.

Charlie is our youngest and newest member of staff, and like Sam, he began working with us as a Saturday boy. He has recently become full time, and we look forward to his development into a fully trained butcher.
